How we fulfil your order
ZeroMan merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Most orders take approximately 2 to 5 business days to produce before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Some products, stock shortages and busy periods may require additional time.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Once dispatched, shipping generally takes approximately 1 to 8 business days for domestic shipments and 1 to 20 business days for international shipments, depending on the product, production location, delivery address and carrier. UK orders may be produced outside the UK and therefore follow international delivery timeframes. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Your tracking details may provide a more specific estimate.
Shipping destinations and charges
Available destinations and delivery methods depend on the products in your basket and your address. Shipping charges vary by product type, quantity, destination and service. The total shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place and pay for your order. Shipping is only free when explicitly advertised or displayed at checkout. If delivery is unavailable for your address, please contact us before ordering.
Separate parcels and tracking
Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels. After dispatch, we will email tracking information where available. Weather, customs checks, postal disruption and public holidays may affect transit times.
International orders
Depending on the delivery country, import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees may apply. If these are not collected during checkout, the recipient may need to pay them before delivery.
Delayed or missing deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or tracking has not updated, please contact us with your order number via our contact page or at contactthezeroman+Orders@gmail.com. We will investigate with our fulfilment and carrier partners. Nothing in this information limits your statutory consumer rights.
